We start with a strategic questionnaire to clarify your positioning, values and direction. From there, I build a moodboard to anchor the visual world before we touch a single design element.
A versatile logo system including a primary logo, secondary logo and a supporting submark, so you can show up confidently across every platform.
A colour palette chosen to feel unmistakably yours and work consistently across everything you create.
Typefaces that feel like you, balancing personality with clarity so your brand voice comes through in every word.
A clear overview of your complete identity and how all the elements work together, so you always know how to show up consistently.
One round of revisions to make sure everything feels right before the final delivery.
Step 01 – a warm welcome
We start with a discovery call, a relaxed conversation to get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit. You'll tell me about your business, where you are right now and what you're hoping to build. I'll ask questions, share how I work, and together we'll figure out which path is right for you. No pressure, just an honest chat. I'll probably have my cup of tea, so feel free to bring your favourite drink too.
Step 02 – getting you settled in
Once we decide to move forward, you'll be welcomed into your private client portal on Notion, your dedicated space where everything lives, from strategy documents to design drafts. Your contract and invoices are all handled there too, so everything is in one place from day one. No chasing emails, no confusion. Just a clear, organised start.
Step 03 – crafting your brand
This is where the real work begins. We start with strategy, to help me understand who you are, who you're for and what makes your brand uniquely yours. From there I get to work on the design, and you'll be invited to give feedback as the identity takes shape. Every decision is intentional and rooted in what we uncovered together at the start.
Step 04 – ready to launch
This is the moment you've been waiting for. You'll receive all your final brand files along with a personalised walkthrough so you know exactly how to use everything. I'll be around during launch to answer any questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. And then it's over to you, with a brand that's finally, completely yours.
Yes, I do offer payment plans to make your investment more manageable. The initial deposit is non-refundable and necessary to secure your spot, but the remaining balance can be split into several payments. This way, you can bring your brand to life while reducing the financial stress.
The timeline for each package is outlined on each project page. However, please note that delays in providing feedback can greatly impact the overall timeline. I’ll do my best to keep things moving smoothly, but your timely responses are crucial to stay on track.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to add any additional elements during or after the project. These will be quoted separately, so you can customise your brand exactly the way you envision it.
This would be on a case-by-case basis. I generally prefer to work with clients where I’ve also created the brand identity, as this ensures a seamless, cohesive experience. However, if you have a professionally designed brand that aligns with my aesthetic, and we’re a great match, I’ll be happy to build your website.
Depending on the project, there may be some additional costs to account for, such as typography or photography licenses, domain name registration, etc. I’ll be fully transparent about these upfront, so there are no surprises.
I don’t offer logo-only projects. A logo is only one small part of a brand, and without a strong strategy, visual direction, and supporting elements, it can’t truly do its job. I believe in creating thoughtful brand identities that feel cohesive, intentional, and long-lasting — not just visually, but emotionally too. This approach ensures your brand can grow with clarity and confidence, rather than feeling incomplete.
